Edges curl, colors fade, paper becomes brittle. And they could be lost forever in a disaster such as a fire or a flood.
Scanning your treasured photos will preserve those images and memories. And once scanned, they can easily be shared with friends and family.
Based in Palm Desert, we serve customers throughout Southern California. We are an owner-operated business and everything we do stays under our control and in our hands.
We handle your images with the greatest of care. We remove any dust or debris to assure the cleanest scan possible and wear cotton gloves to prevent the transfer of skin oils onto your precious images.
Each image is reviewed three times during the process to confirm the scan is properly rotated, cropped for clean edges and checked for minor image correction.

Getting Started
To prepare your images for scanning, grab some zipper-lock plastic bags. Sort your images into individual bags and write the subject matter on the bag with a fine permanent marker. If you are overwhelmed by the prospect of organizing the photos, here are some ways others have organized theirs:

- Events
- Places
- Hobbies
- Holidays
- Travel
This is also a good time to evaluate which images you want to keep. One family used to take pictures of their children and all the different animals when they went to the zoo. As they organized their photos, they decided not to save all the animal pictures in their collection.
The names you use on the plastic bags will be the ones we use to create the digital folders for your images. Each image will be given a unique number within the digital folders. If you decide to further organize your collection at a later date, you will be able to rename the folders and images.
If organizing your collection seems overwhelming, we can scan your images in the order we receive them, and you can organize them later on your computer.
